I’m going to throw an unpopular opinion out there: Natalie Portman wasn’t the star of Black Swan. The fact that she won an Oscar doesn’t prove anything, especially if all you did was make ridiculous ugly crying faces. The true champion actress in the film is an industry heavyweight, and a renegade underdog with an  illegal taste for luxury fabrics from Saks Fifth Avenue.

The true stunner of the entire movie was none other than Winona Ryder, and I’m not even judging based on her acting chops. Did you see the woman’s face in that film?! She hasn’t aged a bit since her Beetlejuice days, and it makes me wonder: does she drink the blood of baby animals to keep her skin looking so flawless? For more convincing, just take a look at Ryder on the cover of the June 2013 issue of Interview Magazine.

And the cover – with the associated editorial – is downright spooky. Ryder actually looks like she dines on the blood of all her haters: she’s dressed head-to-toe in sheer black fabric and even dons a red velvet slip-on, complete with a pair of fishnet stockings and a deadly shade of red lipstick. The look screams sinister, and the vibe is only intensified considering she looks 25-years-old (she’s 41, by the way – I like to blame black magic).

Ryder is currently embarking on a long overdue comeback, where she plays the wife of a real-life serial killer (played by the king of the creepy sexy face, Michael Shannon) in The Iceman. All is right with the world.

What do you think of Winona Ryder in Interview and her comeback? Tell us below.
