Tom Hanks and his son, Chester

No, no it’s not Colin Hanks from the film Orange County, it’s Chester Hanks, his younger brother.

Chester, a student at Northwestern University, is musically known as “Chet Haze.” The younger Hanks made his rap debut on January 11th with his school anthem, “White and Purple.”

His mixtape landed online earlier in February and has garnered over 600 downloads and over a thousand plays. You may also hear such classic songs like “Adios Motherf****r” and his “2010 Freestyle.”

Listen and download the album for free and in full on Chet Haze’s Facebook profile. You can also hear the quite hilarious bars of “rap” Chet so graciously gives to his Twitter followers there. My favorite so far?

“Traffic, traffic, looking for my chapstick.”
