Stalley, also known as Kyle Myricks, a former basketball player for University of Michigan, has had a change of heart and turned to the music game. After an injury that flushed his hoop dreams, he left his home in Ohio and moved to the east coast and hip-hop mecca, Brooklyn, New York. Dame Dash recruited him to the Center Edge Territory team, and it was there that Stalley dropped his EP titled Lincoln Way Nights (Intelligent Trunk Music). He has a up-top sound  and is clearly an intelligent thinker.

There isn’t much released on Stalley just yet, at least cyber-wise. However if you download the mixtape from the link above, you can concoct your own opinion about the new emcee. The whole idea of a baller turned rapper isn’t the most impressive, but when the music is actually legit and tight, credit must be given when credit is due. Stalley is just a raw dude, garnished with finesse that he’s acquired from his experiences in life. The tracks perfectly mirror the title of the project with the “intelligent trunk music” that Stalley crafted. His voice is calm yet full of passion and glazed with confidence. He’s new in this game, I’m ready to see Stalley in the starting line-up.
