As I walk around the mall, I see all the new colors for spring and what can I say, I’m in love! I’m ready to see fresh, bright colors and a range of pastels this upcoming season. The groundhog predicted an early spring, so now is the time to start preparing our closets!

Yellow is definitely in for the spring – I’m not talking a mellow yellow, but a bright and attention-grabbing yellow is perfect for this spring. Derek Lam and Tory Burch both brought yellow back to the runway and they were in good company with Kate Spade.

One of my favorite colors for this spring is Tiffany’s blue, or mint, as I like to call it. I absolutely love this color — I’ve already invested in a mint bubble necklace and a matching pair of skinny jeans. I have my eyes on a mint Rebecca Minkoff bag — so adorable!

And what girl doesn’t love pink? I was thrilled to see J. Crew’s runway drenched with pink. Bright pink can be a intimidating color to wear, but J. Crew make the color ultra-wearable by pairing it with neutrals and prints. This will definitely be a color that I try this spring.
