Slaughterhouse is currently preparing to release their highly anticipated sophomore album, welcome to: Our House. The album, which is  is the group’s first release under Shady Records, is slated to hit stores March 15. Around the same time the group will also begin a 43-date tour, which kicks off in Dallas, Texas on March 8th.

Slaughterhouse’s members include Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I, and Royce Da 5’9″. This group was formed in 2008 after collaborating on Joe Budden’s song titled “Slaughterhouse.” They were later signed to Eminem’s label in January of 2011.

At the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards we all got the chance to see Slaughter House perform in the Shady 2.0 Cypher. I wasn’t too aware of the group before then but when I got the opportunity to see their natural talent I was an instant fan. I can’t wait to see the crazy things they’ve done on their upcoming album.
