Jessica Alba is the latest to induct herself into the club of celebs who have stellar bods but hate having to work for them. Shh… you hear that, you guys? That’s the sound of universal praise.

It’s good to know I am not alone in this fight, and neither are any of the other celebs on this list, who I’m sure will take you by surprise.

It’s a good feeling to know when some of us coach-potato folk can relate to Hollywood hunks and babes on a much more human level. While some of us may not share the same striking physiques as our famous idols, astonishingly, we do share the same hatred for having to put work in the gym to achieve them.

Kellan Lutz: I considered Lutz to be the hottest piece of man-candy in Twilight (right behind Taylor Lautner, of course). But can you believe Emmett Cullen once said he hates running and gets “bored when [he's] in the gym?” While it may be shocking, the buff vampire confessed his disdain for working out to Seventeen Magazine.

Jessica Alba: Did you know Alba has “stretch marks, cellulite and a muffin top?!” Neither did we. The Fantastic Four beauty revealed some pretty personal secrets about her physical image, and her disgust with going to the gym as well: “I have a brutally short attention span. It means I’m useless at work out. I get so bored,” Alba told Women’s Health UK.

Jennifer Lawrence: A girl once said, “I hate saying, ‘I like exercising.’ I want to punch people who say that in the face.” That girl was Academy Award-winning actress J.Law, another idol of mine. The Hunger Games star doesn’t hold back her ill-feelings towards fitness, and made it very clear during an interview with Glamour that she doesn’t diet at all.

To those of you out there, much like myself, who are trying to better your physical fitness, but hopelessly find it to be the most tedious thing in the world: hang in there! While it can be very disconcerting to catch your reflection in the mirror and feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, even some of the world’s most gorgeous celebrities out there are enduring the same fight as we are.

I don’t know about you but that makes me feel 100 times better! #pushon
