When I was three years old, I donned a hot pink rain slicker and rain boots whenever a storm hit my small town.   For a while, I thought the days of bright rubber boots were in my past, but I have been proved wrong.

This season, I have seen an insurrection of rain boots.   However, people do not wear plain black, but printed, multicolored boots.   Bright, florescent colors as especially popular.

However, printed rain boots remain the most popular.  From cheetah to polka dots, prints on rain boots come in a variety of colors and prints.   Be creative, and beat the rainy day blues with funky boots!
