It’s just days away from bikini season! Three whole months of sun-bathing by the beach or pool, of sipping on some cold refreshing beverages, while reading some uber trashy mags. Maybe even browsing on emcBlue.com on your smartphone!
But in order to enjoy those summer days, you got to prep for it. And what better way to do some cardio and shave away those extra fat!
It’s not easy to keep the motivation and determination to work out. Just looking at how fast Victoria’s Secret models Miranda Kerr or Gisele Bundchen lost weight astonishes me. It def doesn’t look like they just gave birth to babies! What is their secret?
For me to actually buckle down and get to work, is real hard. But I’m constantly on the lookout for fun ways to get in shape.
Maybe take some classes at the local fitness center. I’ve been loving 24 hour fitness’s turbo kickboxing class. It’s energizing, exhausting, and cardio-tastic! Definitely a fun time, and I totally recommend it to anyone
who wants to do it, and everyone!
Recently, I’ve discovered YouTube fitness guru Cassey Ho, who goes by the alias “blogilates”. Her vids are both fun and equally exhausting. She has a May challenge out, to anyone who’s interested.
It definitely takes a lot of persistence to finish not just the one day, but just one video! But it’s def worth it, and your body will thank you! Eventually, after the burn!
