Prada on Spring Magazine Covers

Prada’s Spring 2011 collection has been all over international fashion magazine covers and editorial shoots this season. Their spring collection made headlines for being so unique and editors have taken notice. Prada’s collection has been on at least 48 (OMG!) covers so far, and no doubt there will be more.

It’s obvious why this collection is being featured more than others. It is distinct and instantly recognizable. Seriously, who else would be bold enough to send neon horizontal stripes and bananas down the runway?

Prada’s Spring collection, so far, has been featured on magazines such as US ElleMarie Claire UK, Elle Sweden, Vogue Australia, Harper’s Bazaar Australia, Chinese Vogue, Glam, and Designaré.

Miuccia Prada’s genius collection was even seen on fashion goddess Anna Wintour on the cover on WSJ. magazine. Other celebrities who have been on these covers range from Amanda Seyfried (twice!) to Gisele Bünchen to Abbie Cornish.

Celebs have even made major fashion statements this season wearing this collection on the red carpet. Hailee Steinfeld pulled off the notorious bright, striped dress with flying colors at the SAG Awards back in January. Also, Eva Mendes wore one of the funky banana dresses at a photocall for a movie.

Are you excited to see Prada all over the magazines?
