Nicki Minaj

Nicki has graced the cover of Allure’s April 2012 issue in her usual pink wig. She talks about her infatuation with hair, why she attracts eight-year-old girls and her plans to over throw Jay-Z in the rap game. Since the age of nine, Nicki has been fascinated with her hair. She remembers drenching it with gel and brushing the life out of it. “I always thought I had an eye for that stuff,” she says. She also has a hair philosophy: Hair allows you to reinvent yourself; with different hairstyles you become someone new.

Nicki Minaj's trendsetting style is definitely one for the books, as she poses in bright pink tulle skirts and colorful wigs

We all know Nicki Minaj has a thing for playing dress-up, and she believes this is the reason why little girls seem to be infatuated with her style. Nicki believes that they aren’t really listening to her obscene lyrics; they just like what they see. With her cartoonish voice and crazy costumes, kids see her as a funny character.

With her upcoming fashion line – hopefully it won’t resemble what she wore to the Grammys - coming out we know that Nicki has tactics in place for world domination. She wants to be big in this business, and the number one mogul she has her eyes on is Jay-Z. I’m sure we’re all looking forward to what her empire is going to look like in 10 years.
