Potential Cover Art for Lil Wayne's New Album

Lil Wayne’s new video is nothing like his crispy-clean “6 Foot 7 Foot.”  Instead, a hazy fog pervades the thugger-than-thou single off the upcoming Tha Carter IV, “John (If I Die Today),” featuring (an inexplicably quasi-handicapped) Rick Ross.  If there was ever a reason to battle pollution, this video is it.  Check it out after the jump.

I doubt we’ll be remembering Lil Wayne “like John Lennon.”  The polar opposite of the man who sang “Give Peace a Chance,” Lil Wayne will instead be rememberd for his gleaming grill and his ability to thrill with battle anthems like this.
