Portman and Millepeid

Natalie Portman is officially off the market! The Black Swan star married her long time beau, Benjamin Millepied, over the weekend in a secretive ceremony away from prying eyes. The wedding took place at a private home in Big Sur, California and the couple exchanged their vows in a Jewish ceremony.

For those not familiar with the couple, Millepied, 35, is a French dancer who worked with Portman, 31, on her 2010 Oscar-winning movie, Black Swan. The world was formally introduced to the couple in December 2010, when they announced they were engaged and would be having their first child together. Portman went on to thank Millepeid in her 2011 Academy Award winning speech for giving her the most important role of her life, with the opportunity to be a mother. Their son, Aleph, was later born in the June of that year.

Since Portman is so hush-hush about her private life, people can only speculate on the details of the wedding. However, it was reported that friends, Macaulay Culkin, Ivanka Trump and apparently Diane Sawyer were spotted at the wedding.

There has been no word on who Portman was wearing, but the dress was a layered, white tea-length wedding gown with sheer sleeves, which can be seen here. The couple took their vows in front of their guests under a Tallit, a Jewish prayer shawl.

While the couple were spotted wearing wedding bands earlier this year at the Academy Awards, the wedding can finally quell the rumors.

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Who do you think designed Portman’s wedding dress?
