First Lady Michelle Obama has been pretty busy making the rounds at the 2012 London Olympics—all while doing so in style, of course! While greeting the royal family to actively participating in a game of soccer, Mrs. Obama has managed to stay chic, down-to-earth and sophisticated cheering on Team USA. Here are a few of her recent looks deserving the gold for style.

Our very own fabulous FLOTUS got into the spirit of things, wearing patriotic colors in this beautiful red and white Thakoon blazer. The print with the amazing Chevron style lines paired with the bright red peplum top underneath was super chic.

Lady O kept things simple and sophisticated meeting the Queen and royal family at Buckingham Palace. She wore a white and silver J. Mendel pleated skirt and structured jacket, which was perfectly tailored. The key to her look here is proportion. The pattern, shape, side panels and details also made this a stunning look for the fashionable FLOTUS. Mrs. Obama completed the look with metallic gold Manolo Blahnik pointed-toe pumps, subtle makeup, her signature bob and minimal jewelry.

We love how Michelle Obama effortlessly injects color into her wardrobe, but here she stuck to a monochromatic color scheme and played around with prints and patterns in this Tracy Reese combo. While cheering on Serena Williams at a tennis match, she opted for a bold and daring look in an A-line skirt paired with a heart print top and polka dot cardigan. While this could have easily gone from classic to clunky with so many patterns, she made it work by sticking to one color palette.

Garnering even more attention at the swim meet, Michelle Obama had a little fun experimenting with colorblocking and a pixelated print in this bright green, BCBG Max Azria patterned top. She completed the look with fitted black trousers. There’s a hint of sexiness in the tank with the cutout, which is definitely on-trend. Kudos to the First Lady for keeping things sporty and polished in one cohesive look!

Which of Michelle Obama’s Olympic looks has been your favorite?
