This past season, the X-Factor was happy to announce their two new hosts, Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez. However, the reality show is known for trading their hosts and judges and this year Kardashian is getting the boot.

If you watch the show, it was clear who the hosting veteran among the duo was. Lopez was given more responsibilities than Kardashian and always seemed to pick up her slack. We love you Khloe, but this might not be your thing.

With Kardashian out, that leaves the fabulous Lopez as the solo host. With the cute smile, I don’t think he will need help.

Kardashian isn’t the only one not returning this season. Both judges L.A. Reid and Britney Spears are being replaced. Reid has been a judge since the beginning of the show but has decided to focus on his music label this season.

With Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell back on the judging panel, rumors have been swirling about who will be joining them. Kelly Rowland and Ne-Yo are two names that have been mentioned.  I guess we will just have to wait and see who Cowell thinks is tough enough to join him next Fall.

What do you think of Kardashian leaving the X-Factor?
