Kanye West and Amber Rose

Kanye West is a damn fool. A damn confused fool in love at that. And I don’t even think he notices it. But all of Philly knows it and basically anyone that reads blog sites does as well. Kanye West performed in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo Center on Wednesday night and during the performance, he shocked his fans the hell out by giving a nice little speech about Amber Rose.

During his performance of the hit single, “Runaway,” Kanye took a few minutes to thank Philly for “making” Amber Rose.

“To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for…”

The internet was buzzing after this video was released and of course the news made it back to Amber Rose. This is what she had to say during an interview with Global Grind:

Kanye recently shouted you out when he was on stage in Philly. He basically thanked Philly for making you. What do you think about that?

He thanked Philly for making me?

He said: “To the city of Philly, I want to thank y’all for making the incredible person that this song was made for…”

I think, sometimes, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone! When you do have a beautiful thing and it’s so good and it’s so beautiful, you think it’s always going to be there, you take it for granted. I guess that’s it.

She also sat down with Complex Magazine and had a few words to say to them:

I’ll say this—I didn’t even know about it. This is my 50th interview today and every single person has asked me, and it made me go see what the hell they were talking about, because I don’t keep up on the current events of Kanye. I just don’t look him up. A lot of is just negativity and I don’t like to bring that energy into my life. But I did look at it and he said that, he said um, “When I said that I didn’t like your dress, I was an asshole. When I said that I didn’t like your hair, I was an asshole.” And he was an asshole. He was. I feel like he gets that know, and he’s remorseful about being an asshole to me. But he called me an incredible person, and I take that as an apology. And if it was an apology, I forgive him. For being an asshole. I don’t hold any grudges. I don’t hate him. I want him to find a girl and for him to treat her better than he treated me. The next girl, she doesn’t deserve that. I found pure happiness with Wiz. Why wouldn’t I want that for Kanye? I want everyone to have that, to feel the way I feel about Wiz.

Looks like Kanye is a little too late to reclaim his love with Amber Rose. She has obviously moved on and it seems like it’s time for Kanye to do the same.
