Every February and September, fashion designers and moguls, celebrities, high-end buyers, and the press become the regular attendees at New York’s Fashion Week. Typically, guests are invited to the trade shows and book their tickets a few months in advance. However, this may be the year where you’ll be sitting front-row watching the models strut their tails!
There are dozens of other fashion shows and related events held around the city during New York Fashion Week, including Couture Fashion Week, iFashion Network and iConcept Media Group focusing on emerging and independent designers. Because these are new to the scene, tickets are relatively cheaper and easier to attain.
Couture Fashion Week runs from February 18 – 20 at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. To score some tickets for Couture Fashion Week, click here!

And here’s a few tips on how to shine while you’re watching the runway show:
Dress for Success: According to celebrity stylist Robert Verdi, “don’t overdress, but don’t think you can rock that rip-off either.” You want to catch eyes for the right reasons!
Be camera-friendly: Take a camera or a camera phone to get some shots of your favorite pieces. You’ll want to be able to share your favorite looks with friends or on your blog. After all, you are among the few who’ll see it before it hits the stores!
And last but not least, don’t forget to check out behind the scene clips and interview from the show on Stylewatch.
