What?! A ninth Harry Potter movie?! YES, that’s right. JK Rowling’s novel series may be over, but that certainly doesn’t mean that the eight-part film will come to an end as well.
But don’t get too excited now, muggles. The film isn’t exactly going to premiere theaters (though it really should), it will instead be a part of the franchise’s theme parks, including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Florida, and California and Japan. Californians can expect to see it as early as 2014, followed by Japan in 2016.
Unfortunately, only Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange) has been confirmed. It won’t be Harry Potter without the trio, so keep your fingers crossed for Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint!
What do you think the plot is going to be about? Have we not seen the last of Voldemort? Guess we better start hoping the world doesn’t end anytime soon!Tags: bellatrix lestrange, Daniel Radcliffe, Disneyland, Emma Watson, Harry Potter, helena bonham carter, jk rowling, movie, Rupert Grint, theme park, Universal Studios
