Halle Berry

Halle Berry is making her way back to the screen in the comfort of our own homes. It has been reported that the American actress, former fashion model, and beauty queen is set to star in a drama that may be featured on HBO or Showtime.

According to Deadline.com, DreamWorks is currently pitching the show to cable networks. Specifics have not been given about the drama. However, what we do know is that Halle Berry is set to play a college professor.

This isn’t anything out of the ordinary for the Emmy and Golden Globe winning actress.  Halle Berry started out on TV screens before her movie debut. She played small roles on shows such as “Who’s the Boss?” and “Living Dolls” in the late ’80s.  Participation in those shows helped launch her huge successful movie career.

She’s also starred in roles in critically acclaimed TV movies such as ‘Their Eyes Were Watching God” and HBO’s “Introducing Dorothy Dandridge,” for which she won both a Best Actress Emmy and Golden Globe in 2000.

However, this will be her first time in 10 years going back to a TV series.  I bet it’ll be amazing, plus she isn’t bad to look at. Stay tuned!
