After claiming six Grammys Sunday night, Adele is upholding her title by posing glamorously in Vogue’s March edition. She’s surely made a statement to Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld; no one has to be thin in order to be upheld as an artist in the music industry and, in this case, the fashion industry.

“I’m in it for the long run, I don’t want to be disposable” - Adele

In a 10-page spread, Adele exposed her picturesque talents of being in front of a camera lens. Big hair and bold eyeliner cat eyes have never looked so good.

Vogue asks her about not having the desire to be an actress, having a long-lasting singing career, how losing her voice helped change her life and about the man who inspired the album 21. The interview exposes that she is never writing another breakup record and that she’s done being a bitter witch. So don’t expect the same Adele when she comes back with her next album in three years… that’s right; she said it’ll take at least three years because she won’t release anything until it’s better than 21. For now, let just all bask in this moment.
