Hailee Steinfeld

I am sure everybody is envying Hailee Steinfeld‘s luck. The “actress” did one film, True Grit, and now is a name worshiped by all. Her debut subsequently got a nomination at every major award ceremony, and she is perhaps one of the youngest actresses to be nominated for an Academy Award for a leading role. With such a jet start in her career, the actress has attended all the major awards in looks by Miu Miu.  Her stylist, Karla Welch, told Fashiologie: “Miu Miu is such a perfect fit for her. Throughout awards season, they were the dresses she wanted to wear.”

We previously reported that Hailee was chosen as the new face for Miu Miu, and now, here is the first image from the campaign!

Miu Miu Fall Campaign 2011

Miuccia Prada has a knack of picking up all the debutantes and turning them into ‘It’ girls (read: Lindsay Wixon and Kelly Mittendorf) and now Hailee has joined some legendary women (Kate Moss, Kirsten Dunst, Maggie Gyllenhal) by starring in a Prada Campaign at just 14 years of age. She sure looks stunning, but what bothers me a little is that she looks way older than her age. I guess this is how the industry works, but Miu Miu sure suits her! We look forward to the actress’s next projects.
