February is the month of valentines, chocolate, love, and magazine covers. You read right, magazine covers! This month expect to be wowed by the glamorous shots of the hottest celebrities featured on the covers of the world’s top women’s magazines. Indulge in more than just chocolate candy hearts this month.

Scarlett Johansson, known for her long blonde hair and bombshell figure, is not only turning heads on the stage of Broadway’s “Cat On a Hot Tin Roof” but also on the cover of British “Elle” Magazine. On this February cover Johansson is dressed in a feminine white dress, which hugs her curves emphasizing her voluptuous shape. The hip-hugging, dress is also cut at asymmetrical angles covered with patches of netting material, highlighting her thin waste while tastefully drawing attention to her chest.

Although this look could come across as promiscuous on many others, the high neckline and short sleeves give Johansson a conservative yet flirty look. The dress covers enough skin, while giving just a taste of her womanly shape. Scarlett Johansson is also making a bold statement with the retro-looking boots. Her boots combine the best components of the most fabulous shoes, leather, over-the-ankle, and open toed.

The outfit may seem a bit weird to some, but the award-winning actress can pull of the unique combination. Dressed head to toe in white, Johansson looks pure and innocent in her own seductive way.

Next is Naomi Watts. This England-born beauty is featured on the cover of Australia’s Vogue, looking as pretty as a petal. Watts’s cover is in full bloom as the actress stands against a floral background. To top off the spring vibe of the Vogue cover, Watts is dressed in a form-fitting green dress with a dramatic ruffled neckline, which resembles the petals of a flower. She is also wearing a single, silver bangle, the perfect touch to such a vibrant dress.

Looking girly but chic, Watts’s cover makes us all excited to put away the boxy winter sweaters and bare some skin this upcoming spring season.

Dakota Fanning has come a long way since her breakthrough role in the film I am Sam at age seven. Her incredible talent as a young child actress has made her a prized possession in the Hollywood world. Since her initial debut, Fanning has put aside her child-like image, replacing it with an all-grown-up look.

The cover girl for the February issue of Cosmopolitan, Fanning has proved to be much more than a childstar. On the cover Fanning is sporting a pink, detailed sequence dress. The low cut, hip-hugging dress definitely proves she is not a little girl anymore. As the face of the latest sex stories and tips, Fanning is truly coming out of her shell and into womanhood. Dakota Fanning is on her way to becoming one of Hollywood’s most fashionable stars.

Regardless of what magazine you pick up off the shelves this month, you are in for a fashion treat. Whether you attempt to recreate Scarlett Johansson’s feminine white look or bright spring colors that’ll pop like Naomi Watts’ cover image, you’ll be dressed head to toe in style.

Scarlett is wearing Victoria Beckham here, isn’t she? I love it, I didn’t think I would like her pieces but they surprised me. She appreciates a good silhouette.
