Saturday night the orange carpet rolled out and young Hollywood arrived! The 2012 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles brought out many young stars and their fabulous fashions. It is always fun to see what people wear since there is the possibility of being slimed!

This year two big stars gave way to the crop top and did their own take on it. Fresh off her divorce, Katy Perry went with a lime green crop top and skirt by Gerlan Jeans and topped it all off with long blue extensions. Selena Gomez chose a Dolce & Gabbana crop top and glittery skirt for her ensemble!

Victorious star Victoria Justice not only won an award, she showed off her long legs in a shorts-suit in a gorgeous peach color topped with fun booties. Another leading lady, Miranda Cosgrove of iCarly, went with a sleeveless blue leather dress and black boots. Both ladies were simple and sophisticated with a fun twist!

A few adults also made appearances at the awards show. Jada Pinkett Smith made a statement in her pink Catherine Malandrino jumpsuit and denim jacket. Her half-shaved hairstyle topped off the ever-edgy actress. Presenter Heidi Klum went with thigh high suede boots and long-sleeved ivory dress. Simple but still a statement maker!
