Swedish Hasbeens Lookbook Autumn 2012

Even though it is the middle of summer, it is always good to be one season ahead when it comes to fashion. Soon the sandals will be thrown to the back of the closet and it will be time to dig out pairs of boots. If your shoe wardrobe needs updated before cooler weather hits, here are a few shoe trends that are sure to be hot this fall.

Isabel Marant Fall 2011

Fringe boots: This trend is often inspired by Native American looks, but this fall Isabel Marant’s runway took a new spin to the look. Instead of looking for a boot that has fringe all the way around, look for a boot that has is running up one side and a heel. Now when you walk by, everyone’s eyes will be on you. With fringe on just one side of the boot it changes the look from tribal to high fashion.

Marc Jacobs Fall 2012

Pilgrim Style Shoes: Now before you laugh, this look is a great way to bring the trend of 70s inspired looks while still adding bling. Not suggesting you go crazy like the Marc Jacobs Fall 2012 collection but a chucky heel and a big buckle might be enough to set you apart on the street.

Lela Rose for Payless Fall 2012

Socks with Heels: One of the best ways to fashionable and spend little to no money is add a pair of socks. Socks with heels were seen all over the runway. From Dior to Anna Sui, this look is very broad and completely workable. Check out this look from Lela Rose for Payless. A thick heeled pump paired with a light sock is fashion forward and school girl fun.
