Daphne Guinness

MAC cosmetics is one of the leading brands in make-up, so when they ask someone to do something for them most do it with no hesitation. The brand is known for bringing in big stars like Lady GaGa, Fergie, Christina Aguilera, Nicki Minaj and many more, to help them bring bold new colors, finishes and fans to their line. MAC has asked another fashion starlet to design a line for their holiday collection. That starlet is beer heiress and fashion icon, Daphne Guinness.

Some may know Guinness for her connection to a popular brewing company, others may admire her love for fashion, in particular Alexander McQueen designs.

The fashion icon is also known for taking high fashion risks in wearing daring high heeled shoes, and never steering away from fashion risks. Either way, MAC took notice to how make-up stands out on her pale canvas of a face like no other, and they are now asking her to come up with fun, new, bright ideas for their new make-up line. Guinness is known for loving her liquid eye-liners, matte lip finishes, and lots of glitter. However, this line is said to include “rich and seasonal hues” just in time for the holidays.

Guinness is set to release a new 21 product line for the brand, and the line is set to be released December 26th.
