The battle between President Barack Obama and Donald Trump is still hot and heated as Trump tries to use everything he can in order to humiliate and defeat Obama. He has said many things against Obama, including accusing him of not having the grades to get into Harvard, in hopes of making the masses turn a side glance at their president.
Of course, the reasons behind this are obvious: Trump wants to take Obama’s place. But there’s one celebrity who won’t vote for Trump, and that’s Cher.
Trump pushed Cher (and many others) over the edge when he demanded that Barack Obama cough up his birth certificate in order to prove he is a U.S citizen.
After weeks of debate, Obama finally decided to release his original birth certificate. The original birth certificate says clearly that Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Yesterday, during a press conference in New Hampshire, Trump said:
“Today I’m very proud of myself, because I’ve accomplished something that no one else has been able to accomplish. I want to look at it, but I hope it’s true…But he should have done it a long time ago.”
While he has many supporters, there are those who disagree with him wholeheartedly and aren’t afraid to admit it, including Cher.
She recently posted a blunt post via her Twitter page about how she feels towards Donald Trump. Take a look below:
Although her tweets are explicit, I do not blame her. The country is currently suffering from many things: citizens don’t have jobs or health care, and there is war in Libya. Donald Trump has found a way to take the spotlight from the important things in life to turn it on himself.
This isn’t fair to the people.
But I commend President Barack Obama on the way he has handled the situation. Yes, he has shown frustration on television concerning the matter, but who wouldn’t? By releasing the birth certificate, Obama can reassure the American people that he, after all, has absolutely nothing to hide.Barack Obama, birth certificate, celebrity feud, Cher, cher attacks donald trump, cher vs donald trump, donald, Donald Trump, president, trump
