Over the past few years, Target has been known for its awesome collaborations with well known designers. Some notable collections include Proenza Schouler, Zac Posen, and Rodarte, among many others. A few months ago, Target announced that the next brand it will be teaming up with is Calypso St. Barth, which is known for its luxury resort-wear. The clothes are always breezy and colorful, and plenty expensive. But Target is all about affordability, so the products will run from $1.99 to $79.99.
Target just recently released the lookbook for the Calypso collection, and you can definitely tell that they stayed pretty true to the brand’s style! There are plenty of clean whites, and everything has that chic, breezy, beachy sort of feel, but it’s all totally wearable. There are also great shots of neon color, which is right on trend for this season. All types of clothing are included, from simple shifts to maxi skirts to tie-dye tunics and bathing suits. Scarves, bags, and jewelry also add extra fun to the looks, making them ready to wear straight to your summer destinations.
Along with perfect summertime clothes, the collection will also include accessories and homegoods. The Calypso St. Barth for Target collection will launch May 1st in stores and online, and it will be available until June 11th.Tags: breezy, Calypso St. Barth, designer collaboration, proenza schouler, rodarte, Target, zac posen
