Real Housewives of Atlanta, Season 4

Following a dismally boring third season, The Real Housewives of Atlanta returned to Bravo this week, bearing with it the mild suggestion that in its fourth go-round, things’ll get better.

America's Next Top Model, All Star Edition

America's Next Top Model, All Star Edition

Following a disappointing series of initial installments, this week kicked off the 8th episode of America’s Next Top Model All Stars – unarguably the most entertaining segment yet.

Given the previous week’s double elimination of Kayla and Bianca, the quasi-competition is finally starting to feel…well, like a competition. more…

Money can buy a VIP pass to an exclusive night club, a younger appearance, or the latest hybrid car. But what good is a VIP pass if you don’t have a dance partner? Who is going to appreciate that taut tummy underneath your Armani? Who will you drive your eco-friendly car home after a long day at the office? The rich and famous may claim to have it all, but when it comes down to it, none of these niceties matter unless there is someone to share them with. more…

"The World According to Paris" on Bravo

As someone who has lost thousands of hours of my life to watching reality TV, I’ll still never really understand the world’s brief obsession with Paris Hilton. Sure she’s pretty, rich, blonde and has a great knack for delivering catch phrases, and if you follow her around with cameras I’m sure it makes for entertaining television. But in the wake of her disastrous appearance on The View, where Barbara Walters more…

New York City Housewives of Morocco

As the weather warms in the Big Apple, Bravo’s dwindling Real Housewives of New York City franchise offers its own semblance of heat.

Of course, the epicenter of its entertainment value rests squarely on “housewife” LuAnn’s decision to take the girls to Morocco – a place too foreign for the highfalutin Sonja to feel “safe;” a place where Jill sprouts balls that rival camels’; a place where Ramona drops the steely veneer, confirming (for viewers) she can be equal parts vulnerable and crazy. more…
