Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus
In the latest issue of Seventeen Magazine, Demi Lovato opens up about her rollercoaster relationship with her closest Hollywood friends, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez.
After the twitter feuds, Youtube spats and rumors, Demi even talks about why she and Selena get along so well, and why she and Miley are known to bump heads.
“There are two people that no matter how many times we fight, we will always be in each other’s lives,” she tells the magazine. “Selena [Gomez] and I, we never fight. She’s not a confrontational person at all, but Miley Cyrus and I are strong headed. When we fight, it’s brutal, and we’re like, ‘We’re never going to be friends again! Then two days later, we’re like, ‘I love you and I miss you!”
It’s great that Demi can point out the flaws in herself and her friends, but it sounds to me like Demi is saying that that she gets along with Selena because Selena “doesn’t fight back.” We all know what she meant to say — that Selena isn’t the one to start fights, but she makes her best friend seem like a pushover compared to Miley. After all, she did give an outspoken Costa Rican fan a piece of her mind the other week. But even though Demi admits to fighting with Miley, she reassures fans that the feuds between the two will never have a lasting mark on their relationship.
“Both [Miley and Selena] will never leave my life no matter what happens, because we’ve been through so much together,” Demi said.
I’m glad that these young stars have good friends, because Hollywood doesn’t seem like a walk in the park.

Miley Cyrus wants to radiate love and with her return to social networking giant Twitter, she is well on her way. The teen sensation began posting on the account for her Gypsy Heart Tour on Sunday, tweeting “Yo guys! Its MC! … I am taking over the Gypsy Heart Twitter.” Cyrus wrote that she came back to twitter for two things: her fans and to follow Charlie Sheen.
