Joanna Hilman of US Harper's Bazaar wears a Sonia Rykiel blouse that makes proper use of the animalistic trend.

Leopard print has been around since 2009 and if its any evidence from the Fall 2010 shows and the street style seen at the Spring 2011 shows in New York and London, it is here to stay.   Dolce & Gabanna, Mulberry, and Blumarine are only a handful of the designers that created frocks covered with brown and black spots.  The animal print exudes a sexy confidence that brings out the feline in  any woman.

Just like a leopard, the print is daring and can be risky.  Women who enjoy making a statement with their clothing can opt for a printed dress that hugs the body, but for those that want to make a more subdued statement there are options.  A popular way of incorporating the trend into an everyday wardrobe is to add a printed scarf, jacket, shoe, or handbag to a simple outfit which will really allow the piece to pop.
