Where most designers are thrilled that stars and starlets wear their clothes out in public, Abercrombie & Fitch is willing to pay “Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino to do exactly the opposite.
In a press release to CNN on Tuesday, the clothing company famous for its hunky ads, said, “We are deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino’s association with our brand could cause significant damage to our image…We understand that the show is for entertainment purposes, but believe this association is contrary to the aspirational na ture of our brand, and may be distressing to many of our fans.” more…
