Just this month, Russell Brand appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show shutting down the rapidly spreading rumors that he and Katy Perry were getting a divorce. The comedian went as far as telling Ellen, “I really am happily married…perpetually, until death do us part was the pledge. I’m still alive.”
Unfortunately, Brand had a change of heart and filed for divorce from the pop star on Friday. On the court petition, the actor cited “irreconcilable differences” as reason for the split. more…
