Mariah Yeater, a 20-year-old mother, filed a lawsuit against the hottest teen sensation of the moment, Justin Bieber, claiming he fathered her 3-month old baby boy. She described in detail the promiscuous affair she had with Bieber at the LA Staples Center on the night of October 25, 2010.

Yeater stated that a security guard took her backstage to meet Bieber, and soon the two became lovers. It is said that Bieber then took Yeater into a bathroom, and explained to her that it was his “first time.” Wait more than 9 months, and bam, out comes the results of this little escapade.  Yeater wants the Biebs to take a paternity test and give her financial aid because she thinks it’s “their son.”

However, Bieber and his reps were quick to deny all rumors that would definitely ruin his career and spotless image. His publicist reported on this dilemma saying, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims.”

There is hope for him though, since this case is a double-edged sword. Yeater was 19 at the time, but Bieber was only 16, which qualifies as statutory rape in California. If the hearing, which starts in December, comes out to be true, Yeater can get imprisoned since the pop star was so young at the time.

It’s sad to see people who demolish celebrities like this, especially ones who have fans that are young girls and boys, like Bieber. I cannot imagine how Selena Gomez, his girlfriend of 10 months, may be feeling after hearing the rumors.

Through all this drama, Justin managed to tweet, ” all the rumors…the gossip….Im gonna focus on the positives….the music.” We have to give  a round of applause to the guy for sticking to his guns, and keeping it strictly about music for his fans!
