Paris Hilton

Fleet Week hit New York City in the annual festival’s twenty-sixth year. The seven day festival is meant to celebrate and honor the United States Navy and Marine Corps and rightfully so. This week’s activities would not have been complete without a 40s themed classic swing dance, “A Swingin’ Salute”,  hosted by Paris Hilton and others.

The special guest this year, Paris Hilton, offered her voice and celebrity status to the United States soldiers. Tuesday afternoon on the Oprah show, Oprah interviewed Sarah Ferguson. The Duchess of York, now “divorced from the royal family,” has been recently outed about  business deal she made attempting to sell access to her ex-husband to reporters for a large sum of money.

Ferguson, nicknamed “Fergie,” has been in the public eye for years as the lovable redhead of the royal family. She’s made her name known for writing dozens of children’s books, devoting herself to charity work, and acting as a Weight Watchers spokeswoman.
