Whitney Port

Whitney Port

Our favorite gal from MTV’s reality series, The City, Whitney Port has ventured into the fashion business. From T.V personality, to Teen Vogue intern; our favorite fashionista has turned herself into a brand.

The 2010 Whitney Eve collection gives chic and feminine a whole new edge this spring. From party dresses, to blazers and must have blouses, let’s just say spring has sprung!

coco!“The good news: I will be doing a show on TBS starting in November! The bad news: I’ll be playing Rudy on the all new Cosby Show,” Conan O’Brien, 46, tweeted.

O’Brien’s assumed move to Fox was highly anticipated. That being said, his shift to TBS raises the network’s profile considerably. Fox had expressed interest in nabbing O’Brien in order to win a spot amidst the crowded late-night field, but most affiliates air syndicated programs in the 11 p.m. timeslot.

In an earlier statement, O’Brien said, “In three months I’ve gone from network television to Twitter to performing live in theaters, and now I’m headed to basic cable. My plan is working perfectly.”

As of right now, the presently untitled hour-long show will debut in November at 11/10c after the World Series. It will be airing Monday through Thursday. O’Brien’s show will be followed by more…

She is the definition of individual style. From her trademark head wraps to her soulful vibe; everything Badu does seems to be remembered. Some know her as “The Queen of Neo- Soul” while others remember her best for her hit single Bag Lady. The release of her new video walking down the streets of Dallas, Texas nude is another thing to add to our list.

The singer was charged with disorderly conduct by Dallas, Texas police. But, Badu was more…

Nautical-StripesNautical stripes are associated with yachts and beaches, and not to mention vintage swimwear. But the trend has been showing up on the runways of Charlotte Ronson, Peter Som, Alexander Wang and Louis Vuitton. But there is more to the trend besides the stripes. What about the rope, brass buttons and gold anchor accessories; as well as a color palette of whites, navys and reds. Combined, a fabulous trend is formed that has been around for many years.

Starting with the basics –nautical stripes. Even though most women would shy away from the trend because of the theory that “horizontal stripes make one look fat’, the trend is popular. Classic nautical stripes thin lines of navy and cream. But lately, they have been showing up in an array of different colors. Red and Cream is a hit. Loose shirts paired with navy or denim jeans. A nautical striped tee shirt dress is more…
