Leighton Meester

Known as Gossip Girl’s stuck up Upper East Sider – Blair Waldorf, Leighton Meester manages to pull of every look on and off screen. On the show, she plays a high maintenance character who manages to look fashionable in whatever she wears. From the classy business suits, to flirty cocktail dresses worn to high-end events, Waldorf, or should I say Meester, pulls it off every-time. On the show, Meester is known for wearing her signature accessory, the headband. 

For fashion events, one can say her personal style is similar to the character she plays. Leighton has been seen wearing designers such as Matthew Williamson and Marc Jacobs with stylish Louboutins. But once she’s off the set and out of camera’s view, it’s all about comfort. The actress loves to layer clothing with accessories such as scarves. She’s also a fan of blazers and loose fitted tops.

Besides being on Gossip Girl, the actress has also taken on singing. Last month, she was featured in a music video with Cobra Starship. Recently, she has released her first single, “Somebody to Love” ft. Robin Thicke. Her singing style is a mix of rock and pop.

As for trying out different things, Meester recently become the new face of Reebok. Surprising, right? Who would expect girly Meester to be on the Reebok campaign? When asked about the brand, Meester responded, “Reebok Top Down’s [sneakers] work perfect; they are stylish sneakers that go with everything and get me where I need to go!” Leighton Meester goes from classy chic to sporty chic.
