Audrey Hepburn in "Breakfast at Tiffany's"

It seems to be that whatever the time of year or fashion season, black remains in style and on the runway. Black will truly be forever fashionable.

Whether the trend is loose vests or short minis, you can never go wrong with black. It all seems to have started with Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s with her simple black. The reason is simple. Black is elegant and classy, and you can never go wrong.

Have you noticed that when you have an event to go to, you more often than not, choose black. Black is a necessity in everyone’s closet. When in doubt, you choose black because it’s right for most occasions. Whether you think about it or not, most of your wardrobe is probably made up of simple black pieces.

Sequins are a must this season, and one can always pull them off in black. Whether it’s a blazer or sequin mini, it always looks stylish and elegant in black and not too overdone. The reason most of us choose black over flashy colors is because black can always be worn again in a different way. A season from now, you can still wear that sequin mini with a black loose shirt and still look stylish.

Black jeans may sound boring, but try pairing any top trend with them and you’ll see that they work. Black skinny jeans are a must have. This winter, pair them with booties for a sleek look.

The loose black vest has made a big statement by celebrities. It looks great over a wild dress, and can be dressed down. You can also pair it with a belt or pull it off with skinny jeans.

As for the little black dress, there have been many new styles over the years. Dresses with symmetrical cut outs and bare backs have been all over the runway. Whatever style it is, designers have managed to pull it off in black. You can to.
