Following in the footsteps of Veronica Mars, CW’s Gossip Girl, which just recently had its series finale, has plans to reunite the cast once more to create a Gossip Girl movie. Too soon? Blake Lively thinks so.

Not willing to follow in her cast mates footsteps, Lively is adamant on her decision to not sign on to this project. According to Star, Lively thinks “It’s a terrible idea and is desperate to avoid the project,” no matter how much beef she’s getting from her cast mates, which apparently they’re infuriated with her decision. Typical S, always being the rebel.

Should they be upset? Gossip Girl without Serena Van Der Woodsen causing drama? It’s not like they can’t continue with the movie without S. Truthfully, I think it’s doable. You can always say she’s off in rehab or partying around Europe (Again). But as long as Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) and Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) will be in it, then I’ll be a happy camper.

Do you think the GG movie will continue without Blake Lively? Will you watch it without her in it?
