Ladies, are your spidey senses tingling? Well, if you’re anything like me, they most definitely are. Tobey Maguire’s protege and Social Network stud Andrew Garfield is now back on the market. The 27-year-old recently split from his girlfriend of three years, Raising Hope star Shannon Woodward, as reported by various media outlets. The question remains, however, as to what lead this seemingly solid pair straight into the heart of splitsville?
According to People.com, who broke the story on May 31, the oh-so-adorable pair had been dating prior to his days playing Facebook’s co-founder, Eduardo Saverin in The Social Network. While reps for both Garfield and Woodward have not released statements regarding the split, rumors are swirling that distance and a demanding schedule played a role in the ultimate parting.
Additional blog sites have reported that Garfield’s demanding Spidey schedule may have gotten in the way of his three-year romance with Woodward. As per Celebuzz, sources claim that Garfield “got deeper into filming The Amazing Spider-Man; he literally never saw her.”
Garfield hardly seems the type to sit at home and mope over a break-up, and he already has a wide selection of Hollywood “It” girls surely willing to be his next arm-candy, including a Pretty Little Liar.
“I like me some Andrew Garfield,” said Lucy Hale, star of the ABC Family hit to E!. “I can’t even take it. He’s perfect. He’s so cute.”
Though Hale is entangled in her own romantic web on-screen with fellow brown-haired hottie Ian Harding, Garfield may want to take note that the 21-year-old small screen stunner is single and certainly ready to mingle, with a superhero that is.ABC Family, andrew garfield, E!, Ian Harding, Lucy Hale, Pretty Little Liars, Raising Hope, Shannon Woodward, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Social Network, tobey maguire
