"Jersey Shore" Season 5 Cast

Hold on to your drinks, it’s going to be a bumpy ride! The cast of “Jersey Shore” is returning for yet another season, but this time it’s back stateside. The show is picking up right where it left off in Florence, Italy and settling into their Seaside Heights home while the cameras keep rolling. The drama continues to unfold, but some unexpected twists occur as well.

As seen in last season the Mike and Snooki battle continues in full force with Mike’s snide comments about Snooki and her boyfriend. The fighting continues when it starts to get physical with a food fight and Snooki beating on Mike in the season preview clip. More drama unfolds as one of the cast members, Vinny, leaves the house and roommates behind. As seen on the season five previewPauly D says during a confessional, “This is real. This is a reality right here. Vinny’s out of here.”

The cast of “Jersey Shore” has been partying, fighting, and “smooshing” for years now and while they all seem to have their moments they always seem to come back together. This season should be no different with them returning immediately from Italy and having a summer full of what else, but booze and drama.

Stay tuned for the outcome as the “Jersey Shore” season five premiers on MTV on Thursday, January 5, at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
